Discussions (Louis Holt)

As we began finalising our appendix, we have produced 12 Critical Success Factors after completing our TOWS analysis. We also agreed on the 2 main CSF which we have included in our infographic which we are still discussing what we believe should be included.

Progress Report (Fraser Hopkinson)

Having compiled a detailed TOWS analysis it enabled us to create a list of CSF’s which when then narrowed down to two. After extensively discussing which CSF would have the best impact on our infographic due to its backing of the research we discovered. We are also finalising our reference list so that only the most relevant sources are included.

Individual Contributions (Harry Gregor)

Progressing from last week as a group we voted and decided upon the strongest CSF’s that we based our infographic upon. Harry and Tom completed our research to give us sufficient data to use in the infographic. Whilst Fraser and Louis began the infographic. All together we completed the infographic.

Having completed our PESTLE analysis in the groups we separated it in, we then decided to do the same but with TOWS analysis. The agreed to continue meeting twice a week for now as it means we can work on the blog and begin to draft our infographic.

Progress Report (Fraser Hopkinson)

We discovered many strengths and weaknesses and threats and opportunities; such as challenges from environmentalists and the changes in the music market and altering changes in genre preference. A strength of Glastonbury is that it is well accredited and has a good reputation allowing them to attract top performers giving them an advantage.

Individual Contributions (Harry Gregor)

We met up during the week and Fraser assigned us with a role each I had the task of doing the strengths and weaknesses of Glastonbury, while louis had the role of finding out the weaknesses and opportunities to Glastonbury. Tom and Fraser were given the task of the CFS. Then collectively on Sunday we regrouped and collated our findings.

Action Points (Louis Holt)

We will begin to work on a draft of infographic as we have collected information we believe is worthy of putting on our final piece. I think taking inspiration from Glastonbury’s previous promotional posters and also those of the most successful business around, due to it being our first creation of an infographic. In addition, we can use our PESTLE and TOWS analysis to aid
